Beauty Zone has been a KCS customer since 2017 and our partnership with them started when they required a robust retail management solution capable of managing a complex, multi-branch business. We are proud of the success that they've experienced to date.
As the business grew over the years, the number of products sold across their 26 stores became an important metric to track. Their team had been searching for a BI tool to complement their KCS-supplied ERP system, where they can consolidate data and view performance by several variables.
Beauty Zone consists of various financial entities which means various sets of data often had to be exported for the team to combine, before any insights could be extracted – a very manual process which used to take the IT Executive and team around a full week. In addition, each category manager was generating reports relating to over 25 000 SKUs to analyse procurement data. This meant another 2 hours per working day was consumed by manual reporting…
